New Bryson & Jaiton Pics

So, April and May have turned out to be very busy months for us and I haven't been great about updating our blog! Sorry! Anyway, we have very much enjoyed our precious little addition to our family. Jaiton is 4 weeks old tomorrow and is a great baby. He really never cries unless he is hungry or dirty and as soon as I fix the problem, he is happy. He really is such a joy! Bryson is still adjusting but really loves his little brother and is always trying to take care of him. He will cover him with blankets to keep him warm, bring him stuffed animals and toys, and always sings him "Child of God" to make him feel better when he cries. It is too cute!






In preparation for little brother, Jaiton, we got Bryson a "big boy" bed and let him choose the theme of his room-Toy Story! He really loves his room but more for playing and not sleeping. He ends up in our room still every night! Not fun when I'm already up with a newborn through the night!



One of Bryson's new favorite games is playing "Daddy". He gets to be Daddy and Isaac plays him. He puts Isaac's hat on and tells him what to do. The following is his "mean Daddy face". He's crazy!



Here's just some cute pics of Bryson being Bryson! He loves to read books and told me he wanted to read his library book "all by his ownself". The picture of him singing and playing his little piano was prompted by American Idol (he gets to watch every week with Mommy & Daddy). The bandaid on the chin was because he slipped in the bathtub and hit his chin on the side of the tub. He wasn't really hurt, but of course a bandaid makes everything feels better! :)






The beginning of this month, Isaac's parents and brother, Hyrum, came to visit to meet Jaiton and be here for his baby blessing. It was really great to have them here. Bryson immediately attached to Hyrum's side and wouldn't let him out of his bedroom the whole weekend. They had too much fun together! The baby blessing was great and we really enjoyed having all of them here!





Other than enjoying our two precious boys and all our family visiting, we have also been busy house hunting. Isaac's company asked him to make a permanent job change from Project Manager to Estimator. He accepted and this change moves him into their main office in Temple. So we put in our 30 day notice on our rental house here in Harker Heights, and found a house we really like in Temple about 5 minutes from Isaac's office. We put in an offer and it was accepted. We close on May 26th and will be moving Memorial Day weekend. We are really excited to finally get to settle down for good!
